Thanks Bryan, keep an eye out for me too! Of course nothing is bought until Ive finished with you in June. However I would rather buy from you than just about anyone, so....

good luck.....it is weird but 4 is not that easy to find in high grade.....the black back cover made that one tough as hell as well...I have a 7ish copy of 4 and that is good enough.

I was lucky to get a sorta HG #1 from EggsAckley before he passed, RIP.

2 CGC 9.2
2 CGC 8.5
4 9.0

I don't normally consider 7.0 HG, but I might where #1 is concerned.

That sellers grading is a fairly unpredictable.  The small photos are not your friend, unfortunately.

I'm with etanick, I've searched and searched for a high grade copy of BC 1 for almost 20 years.  The closest I came was an 8.0 that I was sure was overpriced at $500.  Now, I'd gladly pay that... Very tough book in high grade.  That and Creepy 2.
