It once was, but is not now

Oddly I can' t reply to X-ray Spexx journal. As to his query, yes there was a journal that was about some other company and its gone now. And I could not see the replies to the journal and got this UBB error, which is exactly the same as I get when I click on X-rays. I can open up the discussion thread on other journals. I can open up tnerbs old journal that was discussing the same topic. Maybe its not allowed to be discussed anymore.
