And now... two kids that grew up listening to the Beastie Boys... his delivery at times reminds me more like Zach de la Rocha. @onlyweaknesskryptonite

Here is one that sounds like three kids from the 80's and another that sounds like they are raging against the machine (IMHO)

Like the Beastie Boys.

Like Zach de la Rocha

I appreciate you sharing those. Definitely can hear exactly what you are saying.

I just finished a 6 hour drive. Decided it was time to visit some family and take a trip. Now I am in.

I am couch touring tonight.

Tonight is the postponed NYE show.  Cheapest price to walk through the door this afternoon for the worst seat in the house was $350 before fees and someone bought it.   Last scraps were in the $600's.

So I checked the webcast prices and all other nights were $25 to view and this was $40... looks like they are pulling a crazy eddie and it's New Year's Eve in April.

So far ... very strict focus this year.

3 Comics, 2 Pages of Art, 5 Lego Sets, 2 Transformers, 2 GI Joes in a two pack, 1 SW figure.

Not bad considering that the Dagobah diorama is on display in the TV cabinet where a cable box would go. (I'm sharing accounts through Apple TV so no more cable box.).

Purchases other than monthly ASM

  • ASM 10 in CGC 7.5 to upgrade my 5.5
  • Luke Cage 1 CGC 5.5 (Never owned a copy)
  • Star Wars (1999) 17 CGC 9.8 - 1st Quinlon Vos
  • GI Joe 40th Anniversary - Page of Art - Jay Sullivan
  • Batman and Robin Eternal - Page of Art - Tony Daniel
  • Lego 75288 - AT AT - Released in 2020 <--- I sold off my 2003 version last year been waiting to buy the replacement
  • Lego 75330 - Star Wars Dagobah Jedi Training Diorama
  • Lego 10290 - Creator Expert Vintage Pickup Truck <--- Actually bought as a house decoration
  • Lego 10297 - Creator Boutique Hotel Modular House   <--- Buy each year's edition anyway.
  • Lego 76188 - 1960's Batmobile
  • Transformers Skids - Been waiting for a modern version for years.
  • Transformers Jazz - Studio Series - Only Transformers I sold last year that I regretted selling.
  • Star Wars Yoda - Vintage Collection Preorder - somehow I didn't have Yoda :whatthe:
  • Nintendo Switch OLED and a few games.
  • GI Joe Retro - Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow - Hasbro released the originals - sure - considering I sold off almost all Joes last year.

Might run a local sale though to do a Sophie's choice and sell off 3 items for every 2 that I have picked up.  As I reclaimed a lot of space I revisited things that I had in storage and have taken them out to enjoy them rather than buy new stuff.

hm

For what might be ... the "last time"...

As of now I am waiting on word from my "Wise Man" @jaybuck43

If not I will take... "... Anthony Stabile, Frankie Carbone, and then there was Moe Black’s brother Fat Andy, and his guys Frankie the Wop, Freddie No-Nose, and then there was Pete the Killer @PeteFromPetesBasement who was Sally Balls’ brother, and then you had Nicky Eyes, Mikey Franchese, and Jimmy Two-Times who got that nickname because he said everything twice.”

I love love love love getting 'wrong number' texts from people I do not know.  I want to know what "Dana" this person knows has this much hair on their arms.   Yes, these are my arms while I was waiting for the doctor.

@onlyweaknesskryptonite

My favorite one was when I got a wrong text stating that a printer was jammed in the office and I walked them through fixing it.   It was not anyone at work.

Another one was a plant manager of some sorts asking me if we did something around the plant and some ideas on how to go about fixing the problem.

Both wrong numbers walked away satisfied.

I think I saved one of them... hold on... lol
