Next up... I always liked Spirit... Caved in... I had seen and stashed a Spirit GI Joe Classified figure I saw at Walmart.

@PeteFromPetesBasement's figures arrived and after seeing Spirit... said, "I need that."

See that white on the interior leg?  That is a stress mark.  How long until that breaks?

It's a great figure though... really nice sculpt though...

Might keep it and when it breaks... just never replace it.  Probably another issue with the mold.   Nothing you can do.

Limited edition Misery Boba Fett!

Now you just have to get a custom made card, block of wood and hammer accessories!

It's going back or going to the garbage.

I can understand going back, but instead of garbage, I think it would look good on a Misery card with block of wood between the ankles and sledge hammer  all with a vintage look to it.

Something like this, but most of the character back drop is the bed , remove the axe from image and place a hammer in the bubble. 20220710_142502.jpg.22a3779e44f8d53acea8e4318cdfb88e.jpg

Beyond my capabilities ...

It was packaged in a box not a blister card... so I don't have an accompanying bubble and tray.  :(

hm...

Something just came in the mail though...

If you do decide it is garbage bound let me know.

I will try to work up a mock up for card and bubble and see of I can get it worked out. Think it would make a neat display out of a horrible mold. :roflmao:

Looks like I am keeping Boba as they told me to just keep it.  More details in the action figure thread later.

I guess I cannot walk around the house in my underwear anymore.

Bye Lil' Green Monster of Little Fenway.

See you in five years.

The first house I bought on Long Island had been tied up in court for years, and while someone cut the grass, they allowed the hedges and bushes  to grow.  I found myself hanging out the second story window with a hedge trimmer when I had a brainstorm.  I got a chainsaw and cut them all down right at ground level.

The problem was my house looked naked comparted to the neighbors and their finely trimmed hedges and bushes.

So I went to Harrows, bought six fake Christmas trees. Four five and a half foott ones, with  two seven foot ones, and planted three on either side of my front door.

lol

I could never do that.   The hedges are the default fence line at this point.  To rip them out could mean putting in a new fence, and I kind of like having them instead of the usual white PVC fencing that makes up the rest of LI these days.

$500 for the entire back and the side of the house.

Now they can grow a few more years before I do it again.

My days of climbing ladders holding a chainsaw or powered clippers are over.

I figure I would spend more in hospital bills and physical therapy.

I am getting better at this whole making pizza on the grill thing...

I tried cooking it directly on the grill as suggested but the dough has too much of a char on it. Instead I use a pizza stone and then use a spatula to lift the pizza and slide this baking sheet  between the pizza and the stone for removal.

I don't think I ever mentioned what I did with this.

It was returned back to Walmart.
