A decent copy---I think VG is a good grade. Staple tears and spine stress are both incredibly common on this issue---it's like all you have to do is open the cover and those flaws will appear. 

Classic Frazetta cover and good stories and art by Neal Adams and Reed Crandall (may they all rest in peace) ...
