If #SuicideSquad2 comes out on Valentine's Day 2020, they can really play up the Joker/Harley angle. Let's face it, they were madly in love in #SuicideSquad. Then a big "twist" can be when they break up, setting up the 'Joker vs. Harley' movie we've heard about.
