  1. Thanks, ciorac! Harley had a 3.0 available for $500 more than the one I got and it didn't look nearly as nice - very faded. I did get the WDC&S 35 and 36 from him tho, and they look a lot better than the 6.0s CGC gave them...
  2. ...not sure what's meant by 'back from CGC'...? Here are three that have just returned back from CGC to the wild... all three are doing well, quickly adapting to their natural environs
  3. Thanks, oakman! My wallet and I took separate cabs home - and we're still not back on speaking terms!
  4. Nice book, Sean! I'm looking for a woman I can call "princess pantha" without getting bitten! Here are a few of my gold nuggets from Wondercon...
  5. ...and lastly, the white (okay, more like cream-to-off-white ) whale..!

  9. A few recent pickups in the Gold/Atom range...had to get that Ingels "undead" cover, as the company I work for just launched "Plants vs. Zombies" and it's the fastest-selling game in our history
  10. Don't listen to 'im, Greggy - those are beeyootiful Barks oils! Are those from the old Russ Cochran original art catalogs? I still have several of those, they're great. Here are a few for the Marvel zombies like Aggiez...
  11. Nice early Adventures and a great Black Terror...! Here are two with a more feminine flair...
  12. And a few duck books from a sizable lot from Josh Geppi, that fills in some gaps in the WDC&S run
  13. Gorgeous book, Atlas_Fan! Here are a few I've obtained recently... first some Lulus
  14. Thanks for the suggestion, Marc... sounds good to me! Where is that thread located, Comics General or Golden Age or...?
  15. Here are a few pickups of yesterday... the Comics & Stories are Crowley copies (admittedly mid-grade, due to sub creases, which in 3/4 cases don't break color), and the Four Color 62 is a long-time grail... Closing in on a run of WDC&S from #50 to 300, and just three more Barks Four Colors to go!
  16. Agreed - heckuva book, 143! Many (most?) of those GA Peps seem undervalued to me
  17. And finally, two Crowley collection Comics & Stories and Four Color 62...
  18. And a couple of Silver Age DCs... love that 'Tec 275 !
  19. Here are a few I picked up recently... First, some pretty nice FFs from jscomics on eBay...
