    MattM, thanks for the response. I just want to clear on this... Can you point me to the documentation that stipulates CGC has the right to withhold my property absent any outstanding balances? I mean, speaking plainly, if CGC has been paid for services and I choose to 1) waive those services, 2) forfeit the fees paid, and 3) pay the required return shipping, what exactly is preventing their return? It's clear in the TOS that CGC can return books in certain cases, so it doesn't seem to be lack of ability or process. Thanks in advance.

    Hi. Previously, I was informed that I cannot add a fast track to books already in the system. Is there a way to pull my books, have them returned, and just resubmit with fast track? I will not be waiting 230+ days for my books to be graded.

    Hi. I currently have books scheduled for grading, with a truly wild wait time of 235 days. Is it possible to add the fast track option or will I just have to wait the better part of a year?
