My comics were received by CGC on 8/12/21. Your status page shows "Now opening comic book submissions delivered the week of August 23rd, 2021." I would have thought the status would have changed from Scheduled for Grading to Grading / Encapsulation / Imaging but it has not. Can you explain opening book submissions vs. the start of the grading process in your statuses?
