    Looking for assistance in clarifying a point of understanding. I have a Detective #400 that has a staple pop on the top staple so the cover is detached on that staple. Can I submit this book with a note requesting a Blue label? (I understand I will take a grade hit, but would rather that then a Green label.) Thanks in advance!
