Agree.

The bottom of the back looks like tanning, stains, and maybe even some mold. I would avise to not crack this book.

I'll take this one on. I'm pretty sure the issue here is how the comics were originally stored. It appears that they weren't stored properly and extreme foxing occured. 

With only grading the Conan #1, with the foxing, stains, spine ticks, and other issues on the cover I would go with 2.5-3.0.

I would say 4.0 but this is marvel chipping early asm in the 1960s so I would actually go 5.0 with this book.

I say 4.5 just due to the fact that it looks like this book has been pressed already. If CGC is being gracious they will 5.0 but if harsh 4.0. I say the middle at 4.5.

Front 3.5 back 6.0. Hmmm 5.0?

6.0 and with pics here I see no color touch, print defect.

6.0-6.5 pre C&P.

I want to say 1.5 but that might be too harsh.

Press and clean to 9.4-9.6 territory. Otherwise it is 9.0 territory.

4.5-5.0. I’m not sure if I am being redundant but you also have a subscription crease there runs in the middle of the book. This occurred because it was bundled with other book and newspapers. Very 1960s
