  1. Payment: Paypal only, Free shipping in the US. $10 outside the US Return policy: 2 week return. Any major damage missed with extend return policy to 4 months. One book only Hulk 180. With Pencil color touch, Haven't tried to remove it. Haven't pressed it either. I'd say the grade is around 6.5-7.0 with CT. $1050 takes it home. Not a bad deal. I've circled the areas in a very large blow up of the area.
  2. Our household is loving this series. After the end of the 4th episode things have been great. Big thumbs up moving forward. Although I was hoping for some kind of after the credits sequence.
  3. Always been one of my favorite Savage Sword Covers. Lots of cool stuff in this one.
  4. A few books put up earlier this week to check out. https://www.ebay.com/sch/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_ipg=&_from=&_ssn=grodd&_sop=16
  5. I've seen a few collections recently where it was a large take it all type deal where they "Wanted to cash out" The keys are usually easier to work with. The biggest deal killer is the massive amount of overpriced common books.
  6. I watched Airplane with one of my sons recently. The humor is often dumb, but its infectious. It starts adding up and you just have to laugh. Top Secret is another one.
  7. Adding some not mentioned: Psycho Rear Window The Thing Braveheart Halloween Its a Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown Some Like it Hot Roman Holiday
  8. This show has really picked things up. Loving it!
  9. I used to have a scan of that first page also before slabbing. I'll look and see if I still have it. I forgot to send it to the new owner
  10. I was just saying how it needs to pick up, well OK I REALLY liked this one!! Things are finally happening and its getting good. Also there is a MUST watch scene AFTER the credits this time!!!!
  11. I've got a few things up people might be interested in. https://www.ebay.com/sch/grodd/m.html?item=174819466265&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2562
  12. I'm enjoying the show, its got a lot of fun little parts and well worth watching. But it's not exactly blowing me away with excitement either. Hoping it picks up.
  13. I don't see this one posted very often. Going to resub this one with a light press, but here it is before. Hoping to become a 9.2 Tough book. Maybe the toughest Adams cover?
  14. I don't think I posted this one before HOM 209. One of my favorite.
  15. Scratched another Skywald off the list. Managed to get a nice high grade copy of Psycho 19 around 9.2/9.4 It's got that cool Hammer Horror vibe.
  16. Yes some who press do remove the staples first and completely take the book apart, then put it back together. It won't be a PLOD.
  17. If memory serves, the most noteworthy thing out of Dallas Stephens collection was that he had over 100 Hulk 181's.
  18. Dallas Stephens was questionable (unless someone knows something I don't), but Woo actually had some earth shattering stuff like the Penn copy of Suspense 3 among many other amazing pieces. Magik Woo's collection was well known as amazing long before it was sent in for grading.
  19. A provenance is noted as a "collection of". Of noteworthiness is WHO owned the book, often weighed in with what the collection has in it. Like writer Doug Moench or a famous actor like Nic Cage. An example of extreme noteworthy collection would be something like Jon Berk. Or it can be a combination of both pedigree and provenance like Don Rosa.
  20. It depends on various factors. 1. Key books. You need some noteworthy Key books 2. Size 3. Age 4. Very High Grade. 5. Bought from newsstand I can think of some various pedigrees that do fit close to what you have. A late Silver/Bronze age pedigree would have to be of very high quality and something unique. The pedigrees of this age are the Haight-Ashbury: (Underground comics)1967-82 with 500 issues. Some very tough books in high grade. Oakland: Roughly 1966 to 1974 4,000 comics. A wonderful collection filled with some very tough high grade books. I'd say its possible, but unlikely, and need more information.
  21. LIsting pulled BIdding was at $363
  22. That was a nice looking one for the grade. Another tough DC horror book.
