    you have to fill out your own packaging slip on the website here then print it out and throw it in the box

    Alright I found the submission form, I'll fill this out after I've picked out the ten comics that I want to submit for grading. I wonder why they stopped including the packing slip/submission form in the beginner kits? Watching the newbie video on submitting comics it seems like it's a really big deal to fill out the form and make sure the comics are in the same order.

    Yup the instructions with the kit show a "packing slip" which i assume is the submission form. I'll search the site here and see if I can't find that.
