  1. I get e-mails regarding anything pertaining to the forum. I would strongly oppose to any type of pay to play, and my vote goes a long way when it comes to the forum.
  2. I have reported this problem. I am told that this problem is now fixed.
  3. So far, 40 participants have submitted their grades. 4 people got 3 bullseyes. 3 people have 2 points. This is a excellent start to the contest. I am very happy that this great tradition continues on the forum.
  4. Currently, we have not been able to provide DC custom labels. Hopefully, there will be some available in the future.
  5. TAT's are for the customer. I believe they get updated once per week. They reflect the approximate amount of time the customer can expect their submission to take. They are not guarantees.
  6. Hey, @CGC Mike curious if this is an ability that only you have? I called into service about two boxes with a number of books, all tiers including walkthrough, that were received last week. Was basically told nothing could be done and wait for them to be opened...possibly next Thursday. As an employee, I am able to contact people within the company. Whereas, customers are only able to contact customer service. I also have the ability to look up the status of a submission. With this said, I do not have a magic ability to get a package located and opened on demand if it is not long overdue compared to others that have been entered. We are currently running behind in getting submissions entered into the system. However, If a package is long overdue in being entered into the system, (compared to others in the same tier that are into the system) I can ask that people locate the package and have it entered. One more thing. TAT's start when the submission has been logged into our system.

  9. Books are being encapsulated, going through quality control/imaging. Then, they will be shipped back to you.

  14. I believe I have made my point. If I return to this thread later on this evening and find a conversation that is not civil, I will remove posting privileges for all posters who are causing problems. It's as simple as that.
  15. I’m starting to think you’re just trolling me. Are the professionals aware of this thread? Or are those people lying and submitting photoshopped pictures. How much of your net worth do you have in CGC slabs to not see this? I want this type of back and forth to end now, or I will end it.
