  1. When I get back from vacation I'll go through this thread and any others I see that people are reporting problems. I've already sent the guy that is overseeing "the fix" 5 or 6 e-mails this weekend. Plus, the 8 or 9 I sent him before we had a meeting.
  2. I pointed this out in the meeting I had with some people regarding the update. It was originally on the list to get fixed, but a lady who works in web help felt that it might be a good thing, so I had the guy working on fixing the problems cross it off the list. I am someone who generally doesn't like change. This one is growing on me as well.
  3. I am closing this thread. Do not start another one until you have your act together. Taking into consideration all of your other failed for sale threads, and this one that has more problems than the average person can digest, starting another failed for sale thread will result in a permanent ban.
  4. No. I mentioned to management that I would take care of any reports, and approve new id's. I expect it will take me 15 to 30 minutes per day. Maybe less. I didn't want anyone else to handle the reports, as I have my own system, and do not want any unnecessary warnings issued, or any overlooked. Consistent moderation is key to a healthy forum.
  5. Thanks for the kind words, guys. We are taking the motor home with a car loaded with kayaks in tow, and going to St Augustine, Florida. We will be staying at a high end RV resort, and hope to take in all the city has to offer.

  8. Did anyone notice the certification number?
  9. The signup thread for the Spring Edition will be posted later today.
  10. Hey guys Just a heads up, that is will be gone all of next week. (Monday through Sunday) I will be reviewing reported content and approving new posts each day. I will not be checking PM's or notifications. For any issues with submissions, I recommend contacting customer service via e-mail, phone or Ask CGC on the forum. I realize we just had a forum update. I did have a meeting today with the Senior Site Reliability Engineer and 1 other person. He is aware that the calendar is not working, along with a bunch of other things. He will be working directly with Invision to fix problems. I will send him an e-mail tomorrow before I leave for other problems that I have been made aware of. I am sure you will all be on your best behavior.
  11. I had a meeting today with the Senior Site Reliability Engineer and 1 other person. I brought up several issues I have noticed. The biggest one is the Community Calendar is missing. He will be working directly with Invision to fix some of this stuff. Unfortunately, I will be on vacation all of next week, and will not be able to work as a liaison. I will try to send him an update with stuff that you guys have posted tomorrow.
  12. This might be of some help. CGC Magazines Dimension Requirements CGC grades most magazines that fit within the following dimensions: 11-1/2” tall x 8-7/8” wide x 1/2” thick. Magazines that are larger than these dimensions cannot be certified, as they will not fit in the CGC Magazines holder. In addition, magazines with severe overhangs, hard covers or jeweled covers cannot be encapsulated.
  13. Why can’t we have nice things? I am not sure what types if any games Invision supports. Maybe @Get Marwood & I knows, as he is pretty well educated in their software. If not, I suppose I could ask on the Invision forum, as I have finally been granted access to post there.
  14. I checked with some members of the team, and this is what I found out: There's plenty of room for more sigs. I've been able to fit over 90 on a label. The back of this particular label has 2 ½ more full lines to fill so he can def fit 2 more names.
  15. There was a thread about this in the GA forum.
  16. This is from our Accounting Manager. I will send the OP a screenshot that shows no charges from us "I do not know why the Credit Union is posting a dime fee, but I’m sure they are either removing it, OR it is a transaction fee they are charging the cardholder. Either way, we are NOT collecting any funds on a PreAuth transaction. PreAuths are nothing new, hotels, restaurants, and the like do it all the time. In these instances, each time an Online Sales order is created and a credit card is entered, the OSF validates the card. It is just making sure the card number is a valid card. A fraud test would be done likely by an unknown merchant account, not by one where the card holder has given consent, such as CCG/CGC"
  17. That was no longer a discussion. I'm guessing at least 1 person is lucky to still be able to post.
