Hi guys Well, after a lot of communication, I wasn't very successful on getting answers, despite trying very hard. Here is what I can post: We have actively been increasing capacity, while maintaining quality standards, to increase all production - inclusive of magazines. We are updating turnaround times weekly, and are hopeful to see a more accurate reflection for customer submissions.

I believe they are working on all custom label problems.

I was told that magazines would be encapsulated in the order received. I'll wait until I can get a time frame for when we will be caught up, and updated turn around times listed on our website. Another question will delay an answer for the 2 questions I have in with upper management.

Here is the reply I received from marketing: We are actually most likely going to bring this label back but it might have a few minor changes to it. If he can hang on for a few more months he might be pleasantly surprised. Otherwise, I do not think OPs has any of these left ...

Here is a message from the team: Recognizing that the delineation between Timely/Marvel/Atlas/Marvel is murky based on changing cover emblems and publisher information listed in each indicia, CGC has decided to simplify things by establishing the following parameters: 1939 through October 1951 – Timely November 1951 to May/June/July 1961 – Atlas (beginning with the first appearance of the common Atlas globe) June/July/August 1961 to present – Marvel (beginning with the first appearance of the “MC” box) The month when “MC” began to appear on a cover varied between the handful of titles Marvel was producing at that time. The run of Millie the Model has been changed in CGC’s database to follow these parameters. There are a few other issues that need to be changed to follow the Atlas/Marvel delineation, and more for Timely/Atlas, which will be completed in the coming weeks. These changes will appear online as the CGC census updates each week. We’re aware the census has not updated since mid-February, which we’re working to rectify now.

Just a heads up. We are currently working on fixing this problem.

Currently, we only allow label errors for ME "no time limit/don't have to be the submitter". So, I believe in this case, the answer is yes.

I will pass of of the info you have provided along to upper management. Thanks a bunch for providing it. Here's a note from the team: We just changed the Uncanny Tales from Marvel to Atlas. This mistake was made a very long time ago, and should be a one-off. But if you see anything else like this, please let us know and we’ll fix. The Katy Keene is fine. Two series published by the same publisher, and the dates are listed to delineate between them. I believe they are also listed chronologically so they are not mixed together.

I am sorry to hear that you have not received your books yet. Were they pressed after the signing? The best I can do is ask customer service the status. If you would like me to do so, please PM me your submission number(s) or give it/them to me in this thread.

They were just for books signed during this specific signing. At this time, we are not sure if it will be brought back at some time in the future.
