  1. Here is a message from web help. If anyone can provide the info they have requested, it would be greatly appreciated. "MX cannot replicate this. Can you reach out on the boards and see if someone has an open active cart where they can't submit with this error message? With that, I can get them to look into it further. Without that, they say it is because the city, state and zip code don't match. Thanks."
  2. I have removed multiple posts in this thread. This was done so out of respect for the original poster and his business. Basically, if you don't have anything positive to say, it's best to keep your comments to yourself. I have been a member of this forum for over 18 years. On the comics side, there is a rule (unwritten one for years) that no threadcrapping is allowed. Someone can ask $100,000 for a $10,000 comic, and nobody is allowed to dispute the sellers price. Doing so will result in the post being removed, and an official warning issued. I see no reason why posters here should be making comments that could hurt the original poster's business. This will pertain to all threads in the OA marketplace. If I see this being a continuous problem here, I will add a rule to the marketplace guidelines.
  3. Duh. I'm allowed to state my opinions on the data and historical trends. 🙄 -J. I recommend you both ignore each other. Otherwise, I will have to take action in the form of banning from topic, points added to accounts or both. This will be the only free warning.
  4. Just a heads up. You are going to have to change your posting style, or I will have to restrict you from posting.
  5. So I am going to go and mow the lawn and do a bunch of other stuff. I am sure that you are all going to remain civil while I am gone. RIGHT? That includes masking, swear words, and a bunch of other stuff. Don't make me have to break out the tool box when I return.
  6. May I ask why all of your posts since you joined the forum have been in just this thread? It's not normal behavior for a poster to do this in a thread that he or she did not start. Also, I am not sure what you mean by being blocked by the OP.
  7. BTW, I have been told that this is a production chip, which is evidenced by the same “chipping” through the interior pages. Very common, and allowable in 9.6.
  8. The team would like to examine the 2 outer halves of the slab. I am going to send you a PM, as I might have to go through customer service to get you a prepaid shipping label. Mike
  9. Hi I will ask management to see if they want to examine the slab itself. I am guessing they would have preferred the book and label as well. Thanks, Mike
  10. Hi Sorry to hear this happened to you. I wish we had the opportunity to inspect the slab and book. I guess it's too late now. Mike
  11. I'm seeing multiple political posts. If they continue, the people making them will be banned from this topic at minimum.
  12. The newsstands that we originally identified based on a paper or price difference (not many) has "newsstand" in the variant field, which generates a separate comic ID number in our system. When we recently started identifying all newsstands, it was not feasible to create separate comic ID's for every one (thousands), so we put "newsstand" in the pedigree field (which does not need a separate comic ID number). This is a similar situation to the foreign comics; the census is not going to reflect either until we finish revamping that section of the website. When we do, the census will pull newsstand data from the pedigree field and foreigns from the foreign field/country. On a side note: We are seeing some movement on the programming side, so we hope to see them populate on the census soon.
  13. Thanks Mike. Will do. I will ship them out this Friday. Best, Dave Seems the 2 week window is expiring, write "Approved by Matt Nelson" on the packing slip. In the future, any mechanical error submissions with the exception of wrong label info, will need to be done within the 2 week time frame.
  14. I am bumping an e-mail with upper management about this.
  15. I am sorry to hear that you are still having problems with the notation on the label. I will alert the team regarding newsstands on the back cover. BTW, there is no time limit for "wrong info on the labels"
  16. I am sorry to hear that you are still having problems with the notation on the label. I will alert the team regarding newsstands on the back cover.
  17. The system went down yesterday, and was supposedly fixed. I see it's back up and running. Hopefully, there are no more outages.
  18. Mislabeled books can now be sent back and fixed for free. No time limit from the grade date. We will also pay shipping both ways. Select the mechanical error on the submission form. A prepaid shipping label will automatically be sent to you through our website (not by e-mail) If you do send any back, I would be very specific as to what the problem is. I would also hand write the problem(s) on the packing slip. I noticed some didn't even note the artist. Also, note correct title, issue number and publisher where applicable.
  19. Hello What you are seeing is an optical illusion called newton rings. You could send the book back to us as a reholder option in the submission form to get this corrected. Mike
  20. Hello Please add a return policy to your terms of sale. Thanks
  21. We will not be ordering the gold Pedigree labels for magazines at this time.
