As I mentioned, we are not going to reholder these until they pass the shipping test. I will keep people up to date on this. I have the authority to approve ME's. When it's a go, I will let people know.

I am working on this. This is the deal. The problem is occurring after the books ship and we need to get to the root problem before we reholder any more, so you get it/them back in acceptable order. So, hold tight for a bit until we do a shipping test and get the results back.

We have recently revised the 2 week rule for certain things. If you follow all of the instructions I posted above, there should be no problem. I am going to approve the fixing of the crooked label. they will have to crack open the slab to do that. Just send in the 2 books. (the other one has a misspelled artist name)

I mentioned earlier on to agree to disagree. I'll be back later tonight to make sure that has happened.

The crooked label and the one with the misspelled artist name can be sent in at our expense. Just fill out an submission form by selecting mechanical error. after doing so, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to you through the website. (not by e-mail) Be sure to write the reason for sending back on the packing slip. Also write approved by CGC Mike. Write ME in multiple spots on the outside of the box. We will fix these and send them back to you at our expense.

Customer service is now answering questions in the Ask CGC sections. @MattM CS or another customer service employee usually checks in each morning and will be able to answer your question. Mike

I use google chrome as well, and just did a submission form. I found a huge selection of custom labels. I recommend clearing your cache and empty your cookies. We do not receive a copy when someone completes an online submission form. We go by the packing slip included with the comics. You could write what labels you want on the packing slip but, I can't guarantee this will work. I recommend finding out why they are not showing up for you on your computer.

Hey all It's time for our 5th grading contest. Please post in this thread to signup. The maximum amount of participants is 150. CGC will be donating 3 prizes in the form of grading credit. 1st place: $500 2nd place: $250 3rd place: $100 The deadline to signup is Monday January 23, 2023 8:00 PM eastern time. I'm hoping for a larger turnout than what we had last time.

I know that some of the retired labels were removed from the list today.
