  10. Generally speaking, we require images for newton rings before sending them in to us. If we deem them "bad enough", we will approve sending them in.

  15. Hello You can send these back, and we will fix them at our expense. That includes paying shipping both ways. If you live in the US, just fill out a submission form by selecting mechanical error as the service. After doing so, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to you. Be sure to write the problem on the packing slip, as well as the form. Also, write ME in multiple spots on the box. If you do not live in the US, you would need to send pictures and state the problem to customer service submissions@cgccomics.com and they will send you a prepaid shipping label.
  16. I agree with what you said. Slabs with this much damage should be shown to customer service before submitting a mechanical error.
  17. Hello Please make a few changes to your terms of sale. You cannot add a surcharge for accepting paypal. Also, add a return policy. Here are rules #9 and #10 Thanks 9. Your post cannot violate the terms of service for your payment methods. (NOTE: Specifically, no surcharges for accepting PayPal, or discounts for other methods) 10. A return policy must be stated with any time limits indicated. It is acceptable to say "no time limit" or "no returns," or have time limits that vary by reason for a return, such as "30 day return for any reason. No time limit for returns not as described.” But time limits must be stated.
