  1. PM me your submission and customer ID numbers, and I will find out what is going on. Mike
  2. I will bring this up as well. I know the tech crew has been real busy. It may take a little bit to get it fixed.
  3. I will check into this. CGC is closed tomorrow so, it's possible I won't have a statement until next week.
  4. There have been no updates that I am aware of. The tech people will be back next week. I will mention this to them.
  5. Welcome to the forum. Here is the instructions for submitting for the signing. https://www.cgccomics.com/news/article/9738/george-perez-signing/

  7. Hello I recommend contacting customer service about 2 to 3 weeks before you move. That will allow plenty of time to make arrangements as to which address the books should be shipped to. Mike
  8. The graders consider the Strategy Guide a magazine.
  9. Hello the decision to grade a card is one that CGC does not get involved with. Maybe the community will chime in with their opinions. Mike

  11. Hello It appears that this is a printing error on the top label. If you would like to verify, or for information on getting this corrected, you can e-mail us at: Service@cgccomics.com Or call 1-877-NM-COMIC (1 877 662 6642) toll free 941 360 3991 Mike
  12. Thanks for the feedback. I have added this to the guidelines. Any book that reprints material prior to 1980 is allowed in GSB.
  13. The graders are still not going to assign an item like this a grade because it's not a comic or magazine. Sorry.
  14. How about this? Any book that reprints material prior to 1980 is allowed in GSB. If I only added this, That would give sellers a choice between copper/modern or GSB. If I posted a rule restricting these books in the modern section, that would make the rules more complicated.
  15. I am leaning towards allowing items printed 1980 and later in the copper/modern section. Maybe changing the rules to allow them in GSB as well, giving sellers a choice.
  16. I believe the answer to your question is yes. I have spoken to multiple people about this, and nobody mentioned they would not assign a grade. With that said, I think it is best to check with us first if you have an item you want graded but, is not on the list of items we grade.
  17. Because of the size, I would submit is as a magazine. It wouldn't hurt to put a note saying you got prior approval that this could be graded on the packing slip.
  18. Hopefully, others will chime in, and I will go with whatever the majority decides.
  19. Hello Please add shipping info, payment info and a return policy to your terms of sale. Thanks
  20. I think either is fine, as long as the print date fits in the category. At some point, rule #1 should be rewritten, seems it states comic related only. We do allow concert posters, magazines, and other items CGC grades. A sale thread must contain books that are CGC-certified or raw only, or items directly related to comics.
  21. Hello Please add payment methods accepted, and a return policy to your terms of sale. Thanks
