  1. I hid the post that contained a book from 1994 List your books only once, and in the appropriate sub-forum. Incorrectly placed threads or books posted in multiple places will be moved. Repeat offenders will have their threads pulled completely. Do not post copper or modern books in Golden/Silver/Bronze Age Only, and do not post golden, silver or bronze books in Copper / Modern Age Only. Opinions vary about when the bronze age ends and the copper age begins, so the moderation team considers 1980–1984 an overlap period; books from the start of 1980 through the end of 1984 are considered appropriate for either the G/S/B sub-forum or the C/M sub-forum. Books from before that period should be posted in G/S/B, and books from after that period should be posted in C/M. Books from any age are allowed in Mixed Age Threads and Misc.
  2. Hello Just write a manual handwritten note to add these labels to the books you want these labels for on the submission form, and we will manually adjust your submission when we process this into our system. Thanks, Mike
  3. PM me your account number and submission number. I will make sure someone contacts you about this.
  4. Hello You will need to contact accounting. You can reach them at 877-662-6642 or by email at accounting@cgccomics.com. Mike
  5. Send me a PM with your account number and submission number, and I will check.
  6. Hello, 1) The two cards that weren't graded are Celebrations Metal cards. While we do grade these, we will not grade those that already have pre-existing issues that may be made worse by the sealing process. We do not want to risk damaging cards with issues like these, so we do not grade them and refund the grading fees. 2) This goes hand-in-hand with number one. Inking is typically seen on older cards where someone will essentially color in the edge to mask damage. These metal cards are sometimes found with pre-existing inking that was done at either the factory or packaging facility in order to hide flaws on the edges of these fragile Celebrations Metal cards. That is the case with those cards marked Inked. Thank you, Mike
  7. The OP hasn't visited in over 6 months. I will change the title.
  8. I have moved this to the mixed forum.
  9. The rejected book would only be charged the $8 reject fee since it wouldn't be graded in this case. The fast track portion applies just to the grading. The pre-screen part is not done any faster, even when you select fast track so we wouldn't charge you for the fast track fee.
  10. This thread has served it's purpose. No need to allow these kind of postings to continue.
  11. Grade PreScreen (Also select a grading tier; 25-book minimum) Select Grade PreScreen and specifying a minimum grade on your invoice, you will be charged grading fees only for comic books that meet or exceed your specified minimum grade. These books will be certified and encapsulated according to tier, and those grading below your specified grade are returned uncertified. There is an $8 per reject fee for all books that do not reach your chosen grade. There is a 25-book minimum for Grade PreScreen.
  12. Both of you have been after each other for 2 days. Lets call it a draw and move on.
  13. I checked into this, and here is the reply: The system should be separating those invoices for things like custom labels, pressing, etc. But there is a current issue where it is not breaking them down into separate submissions on the packing slip. However, it will do that once we get the invoice in. As far as I know, it should be exactly the same as it had been in the past. IT is working on this glitch with the new form now. I am not sure how it is going to charge them but they should be seeing two separate submissions so it should be charging them shipping fees on both.
  14. Would it sound better if I added Bird in there somewhere? I was never good at thread titles.
  15. You have to stay within the terms of use. The only exception is it doesn't have to be comic related.
  16. Thanks! I believe it would take some pressure off. I think it's prudent. It's done!
  17. Have at it guys, You can discuss whatever you want in this thread, just keep it within the guidelines.
  18. Ok the lounge idea here is a go. CGC Mike. I have already stated I am not opposed to having a thread in comics general where off topic posts can occur. A lounge area so to speak. I will start a thread and pin it at the top of the forum.
