Hi We have a want to buy forum. You have to have a post count of 50 before it becomes visible to you. Want to buy lists are not allowed in any other forum. It is set up this way for security reasons. Previously, we had 0 post users view that forum and contact people via P.M about books they did not own, thus trying to scam people out of their money.

Just giving this thread a bump. I was updated about a week ago, and at that point, we have received 85 e-mails and a few phone calls regarding this. If you have had business dealings with HotShotComics and paid for a specific, guaranteed CGC grade and did not receive your books send us an e-mail. Here are the full details that I have made in 2 different posts.

Thank you so much for your posts, everyone. I survived the I95 road trip back to the sunshine state. My mom had a great funeral. All of her wishes that she wrote on paper were fulfilled. I am sure she is proud and happy. A Hummingbird hovered over the grave site. That was her favorite bird species that she faithfully fed every year.

Hi Yes, you can resubmit these books to be pressed and regraded. If you prefer, you can send them to us in their cases, and we will crack them out for you. Mike

I like to start on a Thursday, because this will result in only 1 round ending on a weekend. So, I am hoping it will start on the 20th of this month, if I can get everything I need from CGC. The contest lasts 12 days. If my math is right, the contest will end on the 1st of August, providing we start on the 20th.

If for some reason the 14 day window has expired, and the OSF will not allow you to complete a ME form, let me know and I will get a prepaid shipping label for you. I believe the reasons for a ME is limited. I would select damaged holder. Be sure to write ATTN: Matt Nelson in the address. Also, write the same on the packing slip. I provided your post to the Signature Series Director. Here is what I was told as to how I can assist, and what our goal is to improve this in the future: Currently, I have two options to assist customers. Firstly, I can direct them to our OSF (Online Submission Form) where they can find a dropdown menu displaying live events and the respective Facilitators. Alternatively, I can provide customers with our SS email address for inquiries, and we will inform them about the available events. In the future, our goal is to enhance customer convenience by consolidating all Facilitator events on a single webpage on our website. This will eliminate the need for customers to visit the OSF or contact us for information. Hopefully within a year or so, this will happen. We will promptly inform our customer service team once this feature is live.

We want to get these books back to the people who have paid HotShotComics for CGC books and didn't receive them due to the significant, outstanding balance they have with CGC.

I was told that a "Hotfix" was applied today, to resolve this issue.

I have sent web help and the senior site reliability engineer a link to this thread. I also added that this might be a different problem.
