I'm glad you were able to get the submission(s) finalized. The President of all of our companies has been made aware of this problem. I am hoping it will be resolved by the end of next week.

I have hid 3 posts. I believe I made it clear in a long thread, that posters will refrain from making fun with memes of a certain, "previous" poster.

So far, so good here. Only a few posts crossed the line. (just barely) This thread can remain open as long as it doesn't get political.

I have removed a few posts deemed political. This happened frequently in the thread about this on the comics side. That thread is now locked. So, if you want to discuss this topic here, keep politics out of it.

This has been an ongoing problem that mostly happens on weekends. Web help is aware, and as of yet, has not been able to fix the issue. I will I will either bump an old e-mail or send a new one, and mention the frustration our customers are experiencing with this issue.

Very sad to hear Mike's business has turned out this way. I can remember 15 to 16 years ago when he started practicing pressing $1 to $5 books. The first batch wasn't great, but he did not give up and got much better. Then, he moved on to stain removal, cover re-enforcement ect... before moving to leaf casting and other professional forms of restoration. I remember him finally getting a P restoration on the CGC label, instead of A. I hope every one gets made whole from this ordeal.

I do not believe there is a link on our website that contains such a list. I am guessing one could compile one through research.

The correct label backs are displayed on the OSF. If anyone is interested in what the label back looks like they show the front and back when selected.

Here's a note from my boss in marketing: I recall it only being the Black Cat label that had the incorrect back shown to the public. I am seeing if we can get an updated graphic that shows the fronts and backs of the new labels so you can post it on the thread.
