  1. Woah, you help other people as well? I guess I got caught cheating on you, Greggy. Sorry...
  2. It's a little more complicated when you are not the actual submitter. If there is no change by next Friday, send me a PM with the submission number and I will see what I can find out.
  3. I'm glad my services are not needed. Actually, I better finish reading the thread to be sure.
  4. I expect that the price change created a huge number of submissions being shipped to us. Please be patient a while longer, and we will catch up. This was a short work week, due to the holiday. I reached out to the team because @ArAich had a ME submission that had not moved in 4 months. Unfortunately, I can't help everyone. If things don't change by the end of next week, I will try to find out why it is taking so long for some submissions.
  5. Your thread currently meets all of the required guidelines.
  6. It may take a little bit for an answer. But, 4 people all from different departments are working on this delay in the submission.
  7. Your post and the IP address suggests you now have 2 accounts. Only 1 is allowed on this forum. I will ban this newest one.
  8. Hi You will get a prepaid shipping label for the ME. You can't include another submission with it. Mike
  9. I recommend starting a thread in the Ask CGC forum, and ask the customer service reps about this, just to make sure it is not an error.
  10. I presented your entire post to the signature series team, so it wasn't an oversight. A venom custom label will not be available for this signature series event. Sorry.
  11. This is what I was told: Custom Labels are licensed through companies who own the characters we put on the label. We are unable to just quickly add a label for customers to purchase.
  12. The thread has been cleaned up. If you don't get along with someone, it is best to use the ignore feature. Name calling, belittling ect... isn't allowed. If I have to come back, warnings will be issued.
  13. There's 3 ways. I used the flag as a spammer which removes all of his posts from public view. (That seems to be what he wanted in the thread he started). I could have banned him through the point system, which would have left all of his posts visible. (I got the impression delete, so I didn't use the point system) I only just discovered a delete button in the AdminCP. I don't think I need to do that, as all of his posts are hidden, with the exception of the quoted ones. The delete button would not remove them either.
  14. The Moderator probably did it. He posted his sale and it was deleted by the Mod (I assume). I'm sure he had some "comments" for them upon leaving. He started a thread in comics general titled "How do you delete your account? (now removed from public view, due to all of his posts being hid from "deleting" his account) He also sent me a PM asking me to close/delete his account, as he had no more use for it. Also, he changed his id to RetiredOldMan a few hours prior to me closing his account. He stated why 1 page back. A post from his old and new id were quoted by someone. Those don't get deleted (hidden)
  15. You are assuming we are making the decision to not "accept" DC. To be honest, I do not know what talks have been taking place with DC. I do know tons of contracts have to be signed, and multiple other paperwork, fees ect... have to take place before we can print these labels. Everything has to be in order. We can't just print out labels.
  16. I have been in contact with Dave SFU, got him a shipping label, and It's on it's way back to us for review.
  17. I just found out it takes 4 minutes to unarchive a thread. Your thread will now accept replies.
  18. Here's your kudos thread. Unfortunately, I cannot get it to accept replies.
  19. Hi I'll just send an e-mail to the appropriate people, and see what they have to say. It would be difficult for me to track down which customer service rep will be handling this.
