I think for this one, you are going to have to start a thread in the Ask CGC section, and a customer service rep can assist you with this. They answer questions every morning. It sounds like an error, but I think you should check with them.

It was just a Rat snake. I leave the poisonous ones alone. There was a large Cottonmouth curled up on our boat quite a while back. I had him pinned with a boat hook. Another boater was off to get something to kill it. It wasn't trying to attack me and I felt I was just being mean to it, so I let it go into the water. Last summer, we were camp hosts at a 23,000 acre preserve. There was a large, Diamond Back Rattlesnake slithering slowly towards the thicket. I walked up to about 3 feet from it. The snake totally ignored me, and continued on his path. I thought it was very rude of it to do that. An extremely pretty creature. The pic does not do it justice.

My wife is deathly afraid of snakes. One was crawling across the driveway, and onto the lawn. She told me to get rid of it. (her remedy for getting rid of a snake it to kill it) I walked up, picked the snake up carried it way out back and let it go in the canal. When I picked it up, she started screaming. (I grabbed it by the tail, and it was flopping all around pretty good) I was like, you screamed for me to get rid of it, and now you are screaming when I'm doing it.

Yup the notification of a PM that isn't there is a new issue I've had in the last couple weeks as well. That is an easy fix. Go to your inbox, and mark it/them as read. These are showing as unread in my folder. Note the bold text.

Hi I am going to let this thread roam around this section of the forum for a while, and I may pin it in time. A large number of people are having problems signing in to the forums. The remember me box has been an issue for a long time. Maybe 2 years? Anyhow, I wanted to post a workaround if this happens, and you get "caught up in the loop". If you try to sign in and get sent to the home page instead, you will see the above screenshot. You need to X out that popup, and sign out of the home page as shown below. Then, click on Chat Boards, check the remember me box and you will be able to sign in.
