  2. I completely agree. I've been on eBay since 2004. The majority of the issues I've had, had been with buyers of Copper age and Modern Age. I only had one issue when it came to selling Golden Age, and it was my fault. There was a missing centerfold. I forgot to count the pages before I listed it on eBay. I promptly refunded the buyer.
  3. So after four months, I finally received my Shogun Warriors' submissions back from AFA. I'm surprised by the higher grades. Very nice.
  4. Does CGC grade VHS video tapes with the in-store security tab? I know they reject video games with the in-store security tab.
  5. That's actually graded by CAS and not AFA. But I agree with you about the carded figures.
  6. Won an AFA graded G.I. Joe figure, Techno-Viper, from the recent Hake's auction. The label says, 1987. But it should be 1988. The card back has figures from the 87/88 line.
  7. No 13.5% in ebay fees. Friday = 5, 13 = 13. You flip the 5 to the back of the 13, it becomes 135. Which means you don't have to pay the 13.5% in ebay fees. If you were to sell to him off of ebay.
  8. RIP Bird. Condolences to his family.
  9. I saw this at the Super 7 booth at NYCC. Anyone going in on this Super 7 Cobra Mothership? 3 tiers have already been unlocked. https://super7.com/products/gi-joe-reaction-figures-cobra-mothership
  10. I also got this AFA graded, Secret Wars Baron Zemo figure from LCG Auctions. A new auction house I discovered through CGA. https://auction.lcgauctions.com/Lots/Gallery
  11. My foray into action figure collecting. Brought this AFA graded, Super Powers Flash figure on eBay. When they had the "$10 paypal coupon for purchases of any item over $100."
  12. Yeah, it's definitely worth it. I would love to do it. But the problem is, how long will it take? I read in the Hugh Jackman thread that people have been waiting 10 years for the Robert Downy Jr. signing, and 4 years for the Ryan Reynolds signing. Who knows if it'll ever happen. That's a lot of money and too much risk. I'm gonna pass on this......
  13. I had somewhat of a similar incident 6 weeks ago. The book that he wanted was eventually sold to another buyer, who paid immediately. It's a requirement for all of my Buy-It-Now items.
  14. Priority Mail with insurance. I would never send comics Media Mail. Only Priority or First Class, and First Class if it's a raw book of a certain value.
  15. I also called USPS customer service regarding this situation, and they said the same thing to me. There cannot be any claims of insurance for a package that was not delivered. When the tracking number showed the package was delivered.
  16. I did purchased insurance on the book for the full amount. I told the buyer to get a refund from USPS for non-delivery. The buyer said, USPS refused. Because the tracking number showed the book was delivered.
  17. Yeah, that might've been the case. But who knows if it actually was... In the end, ebay sided with me.
  18. Yes, I did take screenshot of all of the conversations. I still have the receipt from the post office too. First time I'm dealing with this on ebay. Never had a lost package, but it's probably not lost. I guess there's a first time for everything......
  19. wcphg-82 Sold a comic to this new buyer on the ebay. Paid and the book was delivered on July, 6th at 3:26PM at his residence. He opens a "Item not received" today. The situation hasn't been resolved yet. But he should definitely be blocked. The worst part about this is my funds are now on hold. wcphg-82 Here's his nonsense:
  20. RIP.... One the of top guys in the business.
