  1. Thanks for all your input. I will, based on suggestions, not get this graded on its own. I was wondering, though, if you think it would be a worthy book to send into the Michael Golden signing?
  2. Not the most valuable comic, but one of my favorites. It seems to be in pretty darn good shape. The only thing that jumps out at me is the bottom left corner. Not sure if it’s a treat or part of the manufacturing. Thanks in advance for your thoughts and grades!
  3. I wasn't planning on having it graded. But thanks for your advice. I submitted some books previously that I should have either gotten pressed first or put that conditional grade thing, so I wouldn't have paid for low level grading.
  4. Of all my books it’s disappointing that this is the one that’s in, I think, the best condition. It’s not a very key book or anything, but it’s in great shape. The only real flaw is the back bottom left corner. There’s a slight bend by the upc. I don’t know if this is pressable or not. Any input is much speculated!
  5. Hi again! What does everyone think about this one? The front might be the best looking copy I’ve seen. However there are some stress points in the spine where, if you look carefully or with a microscope show color breaks on the spine. (Insert sad face emoji) front to right has the slightest bit of a curl That being said, please have at it. Thanks in advance for your grades and comments and insights.
  6. Thanks for pointing out my error/typo. I’ll change it in the title!
  7. This is probably one of my higher quality books. The only flaw I can really see is the front bottom left corner. The cover on all of the copies I have seem to be cut just a little smaller than the interior pages. So I don't know if that would just fall under manufacturing error? I appreciate your grading and any other input you might have. Thanks in advance!
  8. Hi again! Hoping for some insight on what a press and cleaning could bring to the value of this comic. One thing going on that I’ve never really seen before is some mid-aligned stapling/printing in the middle of the book. Thanks again for all your help with this and the other comics I’ve submitted!
  9. Lesson learned! Thank you both for warning me about taking a spine picture like that in the future. I’m saying this honestly, no sarcasm or anger.
  10. I sure hope I’m not wearing out my welcome with all of these requests. I’m finding your input informative and fascinating. iI bought this for $29.95, from a great comic book store in NJ (Tem Dee Comics), a year or two after it was released. Again I’ve tried my best to take pictures that show the overall condition of the book as well as flaws I’ve noticed. thanks in advance. Your grading is greatly appreciated!
  11. Also thanks to you both for taking the time to give me your feedback! Really appreciated. I’m kinda shocked how tight a book has to be to get a high grade.
  12. How much does cleaning and pressing cost? Where would one get it done?
  13. This is my second try submitting a book for grading. A much cherished Christmas present from my parents back in ‘90 or ‘91. They bought it at my comic store, don’t remember if they ever told me how much. Has been in storage until last month. I’ve added some close ups of the price block. It looks like there are some very fine indentations from someone writing on something on top of this book. Top edge of cover seems to have some waviness not sure what would have caused this Included some close ups to show the small mis-alignment of the book overall. I’ve never had anything graded before, so I’m not sure what details to include, but I think these are relevant.
  14. This comic basically went from my comic store into a bag into a box. Has been in storage until last month. I’ve added some close ups of the corners. I’m guessing these small tears were a result of the cutting process? I hope anyway. Also some close ups to show the small mis-alignment of the book overall. I’ve never had anything graded before, so I’m not sure what details to include, but I think these are relevant.
