Hello! I am hoping that some of you wise comic book people can give me a bit of advice. I just purchased this copy of X-Men 101. Signed by Stan Lee and Chris Claremont. It had an old label so I planned to send it in for a cleaning and pressing and hoped to get a grade bump when it came back. I received it yesterday and realized that the right hand side of the slab seems to be damaged. Like it was possibly opened. The guy I bought it from is acting like it’s no big deal but I will be very upset if I send it back in and it doesn’t come back with a gold label. Judging by the pictures I have attached should I ask for a refund? Or is it possible the slab was just dropped and damaged? Thank you in advance for your expertise!

Hi all, I recently purchased a copy of Amazing Spider-Man Annual 1 on eBay. It's graded 3.0 with a blue label. On the front label it is a standard blue label with no qualifiers, but on the top of the book it says incomplete. Wouldn't the incomplete designation usually be front and center on the label? I have never seen this before, but I'm kinda new here. Any chance this is a printing error? Graders notes say nothing about anything being missing as far as pages, coupons, etc... Any info would be appreciated!
