  1. I’ve been away a bit - have some house stuff to take care of. I wanted to weigh in on this tho. I think for me the paper quality appeared to be low…. That’s what stood out to me at first. … I don’t think the stamp had much impact on this. It’s a decent copy that presents well. About the nicest 2.5 you will see. You win some and you lose some is how I look at it.
  2. I’m not seeing anything significant 9.0
  3. 3.5 to 4.0 as is. Don’t expect too much ..it’s gonna look a little nicer but it’s limited
  4. 6.5 (could be way off) spine has what looks like moisture. Don’t know what to make of it actually. Maybe just dirt.
  5. 4.0 I agree it’s beautifully drawn cover.. attacking a warship in a dingy at sunrise with handguns.. talk about guts
  6. 8.0 to 8.5 depends as you said on that mark.. looks like some of the color is gone like maybe something spilled or someone tried to erase it or scrape it off. Unknown but the rest of the book is very solid.
  7. Little hard to tell from these pics. Not a lot of detail. I will approximate 7.5 could be a little better tho
  8. Just grade “as is” the pressing is a wild card. You never know how effective it will be. I’ve had books pressed from css and although it was improved, not everything comes out perfect. So sometimes I think you will be amazed and sometimes you will be disappointed. Manage expectations. There are a lot of factors.
