  1. From calisphere. org: Boys looking at comics at the Tule Lake Relocation Center in California, 1943.
  2. From calisphere. org: Security Pacific National Bank Photo Collection Caption: "A Southland News Co. magazine sales rack in 1947."

  7. +1(and it's #115 ) Oops, didn't notice that. Thanks! Corrected. And thanks for the help with the grade everyone!
  8. I've had this issue for thirty years, and can't quite put a grade on it. Defects are as seen...slight overhang to top of cover; spine creases; minor wrinkling and stain on back cover; inside pages cream to off-white. Centerfold and cover secure to staples.
  9. I've never even seen that cover... Do you have any other Action runs, or do you just like 1947? I have Action issues back to '44. The only 1947 issue I need is 108, which ironically was the first Golden Age comic I owned...sold it sometime back. I need only six issues to complete the Action run from 1948-1980.
  10. Not in great condition, but I'm one issue away from finishing the 1947 Action run...
  11. Definitely one of the finds of the year! Is it still listed as "rare" in Overstreet?
