Even in counts original reformatting seen here there is no mention of board exclusivity. Also i would like to point out that the first mention of the probation list being board transaction exclusive (to my knowledge) was on 6/26/09. It was less than 30 days later that comicsupply came back and tried to sell here again and get off the list on the recently created technicality. i gotta sleep

Call me crazy but i think LBJARM deserves the probation list. Funny how the buyer even stated the sale only happened because of the PM conversation via the forums. The rules the rules the rules..... the rules are/were made by the people to protect the people. Instead they are being used to let someone who has not completed a transaction continue to sell in the forum.

To be clear, Arch was good enough to point out I had made an error in my very first auction posting which had caused some issues and corrected it. This was an honest mistake and as I explained in my PM to you, I did not do this intentionally. Since the correction, all auctions that have followed have been working properly and they are not blocking anyone from responding. As for the rest of your tirade, I'm sorry you feel so strongly that you had to single me out the way you did. Remember this is the same d-bag who sells books at inflated grades on ebay.
