  1. Dialogue balloons on covers... Yes, I remember this one and Spawn 221 (the homage to Amazing Fantasy #15)
  2. I'll take! Can I also purchase the following issues: Spawn 125 - $5 Spawn 158 - $8 Spawn 159 - $8 Spawn 189 - $15 Spawn 196 - $25 Spawn 242 (on page 3 you have a typo and called it Spawn 241) - $70 Spawn 244 - $25 Spawn 245 - $25 Spawn 247 - $20 Spawn 248 - $25 Spawn 254 - $25 Spawn 266 - $15 Spawn 271 - $25 Spawn 278 - (on page 6 you have a typo can called it Spawn 2787) - $20 Spawn 286 - $20 Spawn 290 - $10 If I did my math right, that should be $366 total. Thank you for helping me complete my collection!
  3. Sure! Red Wolf Collectibles - they're wonderful. You can also directly email the owners (Mike and Kelly) at redwolfcomics@gmail.com - I think the custom mounts are around $40 each. I plan to buy 4 more this year with my latest CGC submissions coming back 🙏 IF ONLY they also created mounts for CGC cards...
  4. I'm a big fan of displaying my CGC Comics on my wall with a UV protected mount and would like to do something similar for my CGC cards. Anyone have any suggestions or inspirations? I've seen a few ideas off Etsy such as 3D printed holders but curious what other innovative methods there are. Here's my current wall setup but would like to use other walls in this room to display my newly slabbed cards.
  5. Thank you, @jaybuck43! Really helpful - appreciate it very much! I'm bringing my 11- year old twins with me and we're all huge TMNT fans. I think it would be a joy to introduce the kids to him. Sounds awesome. Thank you again 🙇🏻‍♂️
  6. Appreciate you answering my question although I think you're being a bit unkind. I joined this community last year and only submitted books once so far for Signature Series - so this is still very new to me. At the last SDCC, I was instructed to fill out submission form when dropping off the books. I assumed I had to do the same thing – get it submitted and printed so that when I drop off the books, it's easier for the CGC rep to process. The same instructions apply here on the Kevin Eastman announcement: https://www.cgccomics.com/news/article/11898/Kevin-Eastman-SDCC-Signing/
  7. I checked yesterday and today and do not see an option to submit books for Kevin Eastman, although it's promoted on CGC's blog. Unless I'm going blind? 🤔 Hoping to submit two books for this great event and drop off at SDCC 🙏
  8. It's automatically applied once they process your order. They don't charge your credit card until after they receive and process your books. Once the charge happens, they will apply the credit. I admit, it's confusing but I understand why. There are multiple times I created a submission order but didn't actually submit comics because I wanted to change an order last-second. This way, they only apply the credits with an actual order submitted and processed.
  9. I'm learning so much from this thread. Thank you! I've been searching for Spawn 156 for a while too.. finally settled with getting a 9.0 grade (got it for $82.50 - including the Buyer's Premium from MyComicShop)... If I ever see a higher quality grade, I'll be tempted to buy it too haha
  10. Grabbed another great deal from one of Galen's selling threads. Slab was packed perfectly and I just love my book. Thank again!
  11. If still available, I will take with the 20% discount ❤️
  12. Was pinged by Catwomancomics for a private sale based on a WTB thread I posted. Smooth transaction and the packaging was great. Would totally buy again. Thanks so much!
  13. I've been on the hunt for specific slabbed Spawn comics which is known in the Comic Market forum section and Drew PMed me about his VCC LV sale - which had one of the items on my wanted list. Such a great and seamless transaction. Slab came in perfect condition and I look forward to purchasing from him again. Thanks again, Drew!
  14. Received my books on time and in great packaging. Excellent communications and updates too. Thank you so much, John!
  15. Love this community! Thank you all for making comic book collecting fun and meaningful Appreciate the kudos!
  16. Fast shipping and really enjoyed the communications, updates, and conversations I had with @Galen130 - very happy with my purchase. If he comes across more Spawn slabs that I don't have yet, I'll be sure to take a look -- Thanks again!
  17. I'll take it with 15% discount - ty!
  18. Yes, I noticed this very quickly when I committed to complete my Spawn collection (still have 80+ issues to go) and it's difficult yet very fun to find these issues!
  19. Totally understandable. Expensive hobby either way, my friend As long as you're enjoying the journey!
  20. I've only read up to issue 100 in my younger days... so hearing that 101-170 is really good - I look forward to catching up on the stories! Where do you go to re-read your Spawn comics? Comixology? Right now, I'm using that app and then I purchase digital copies from HumbleBundle. I'm definitely not going to open up my slabs
  21. LOVE THIS. Is it a poster or a comic book cover (or both)?
