  1. For my last submission I included the high-res imaging option. I just got an email that my submission has shipped back to me (awesome turn-around time, btw) and I can track my submission to see the grades that each comic obtained, but I don't see where I get the images from. Is there a special link or something I'm missing here? Is there maybe an insert in the package that will tell me where to download my images and I just have to wait till the package gets here? Sorry if this is a well known thing... like I said this is the first time I've requested imaging.
  2. Thank you! I wasn't going to send this off till tomorrow so I'll wait to see if the cards come up then. If not, I'll just mimic the ones that I've already printed and create my own. Thanks again for you prompt assistance.
  3. So I created a new submission/packing slip for an in-house private signing. I went to print the packing slip and cut out the signing cards, but the packing slip doesn't have any signing cards on it. Curious, I went to one of my older (just by a few weeks) packing slips that I had created previously - which at that time had the signing cards - and when I click to print it now does not have the signing cards (luckily I had already printed that one). Did something change? Do I have to go to some other place to get the signing cards? Do I attempt to make them up myself?
  4. Matt, Thank you for the response. Just to be clear, I've created a submission order with 5 comics for a private in-house signing. In order to add one more comic, then I should simply ignore that submission order and create an entirely new submission order with the (now) total of 6 comics. Checking my credit card online statement I only see a $20 charge on the date that I made the initial submission order (which corresponds to the "return" shipping method/cost), will that be returned or is there some way for me to 'cancel' the original submission order - I ask because I can find my submitted books in my online account once you have received them ... but I can't seem to find my submission order before you get the physical books. Don't know if I'm just missing where they are located in my online account or if there's no website functionality for me to view/cancel on my end - or if this is all sorta 'automatically' taken care of. Again, terribly thankful for your time and assistance with this. *** EDIT NOTE - nevermind. What I thought may be a charge pertaining to the submission order was my order of the shipping kit. So now I fully understand that nothing was charged to my card and I just make a new submission order. Thank you so much for helping me understand the process better. I have no further questions regarding this topic.
  5. Hello, I created a submission order for private signing event and now would like to add another comic to the submission. Is this possible or do I have to create a whole new submission and send it in a whole different box/shipping container?? Thank you for your time and consideration.
