  1. I own Quadrant #1 by Peter Hsu in mint condition without creases, a clean, white cover, sharp corners and staples and pages intact. The only perceptible flaw is a 2mm tear along the right edge of the cover. Because the margins of the cover are white, you don't notice this 2mm tear until you hold the book to the light. This book has always been in a bag since 1983. I have been studying the CGC grading system and I'm no stranger to grading, but I don't know how to grade this book. I know that tears detract from a grade, but also overall presentation counts. Can anyone offer advice? Please see photos: a shot of the full cover, and a close-up of the area around the tear (look for a small greyish area about a third down from the top for the tear). Thank you.
