  1. When they say multiple graders check the book it’s absolute BS, they said in the notes this book has a large bend to back cover please tell me if you see one!!! I’m almost certain they just have a couple people sign off on notes without checking the books. Before and after pic below
  2. The mistakes are getting worse all the time. No quality control whatsoever. Look what they did to the top left of my book also they made incorrect grader notes
  3. Hi, so very recently I received back a submission and immediately noticed a few issues. The first thing that caught my eye was the absolute mess that had been made of the heat sealing but this is something I’ve seen a lot lately, I’m not sure what’s going on but they need to train whoever is doing that because it looks like a five year got their hands on a food sealer! Then I noticed actual damage to my book, and very evident damage at that, to the top left hand corner about an inch in size which looks to be possibly a rip or some kind of burn, this book was not pressed just sent to be graded and that’s all. Then I decided to take a look at the graders notes, at this point I was lost for words. There is literally notes that are 100% incorrect, claiming a large bend to the back cover, well as you will see in the images there is no bend not even a small one. I have had my suspicions for a long time that CGC does not actually have multiple graders check the book, at most they just sign off on the original graders notes. You will see for yourselves that my property has been treated with 100% lack of care. CGC does not care about our belongings but only our cash. It’s a disgrace. I have emailed and as soon as I showed any evidence to back up my claims the responses stopped, obviously because they know they messed up. Please please please make sure you are photographing comics before submitting, they do not give a damn about you or your comics. At this point I want full compensation for this book because what I sent and what I got back are two completely different books in terms of grade. Take a look for yourselves and let me know what you think I should do Thanks all.
