Why are Mechanical Errors SUPPOSED to HAVE priority WHEN Obviously, they are pushed off & Held HOSTAGE meanwhile, New Books arriving at CGC have been giving absolute Priority over RETURNED ME BOOKS..... I have over 100 Books sent back to CGC with about 95% having the same CGC manufacturing PROBLEM. I have a total of 8 returned ME BOXES containing over 100 Books....... I shouldn't be QA for CGC and these should have never graduated from quality control...... How about a 2nd shift? Possibly a 3rd shift? Pre shift? Post Shift? Wknd shift? I have a quality background in your in need of QA!!!!!! 🤓

What label would a Book with the Front replicated cover, married to the Back cover, receive from CGC. Or A replicated front to back cover attached to a Coverless book? What is the standard Grade/Grades for said Book? 🤔 Thanks

I shipped out an order for TODD S/S session..... All Books to be pressed cleaned and graded...... The package was sent USPS and tracking shows received on 10/13...... Where can I find confirmation/Status of this order with CGC...... Payment has NOT been charged as of 10/18.... How can I find status on this order?

I noticed 2 books that I entered in the incorrect Artist..... Wrong Cover Variant..... How do I fix this order? The order hasn't left me yet altho already submitted complete to CGC. How do I make a change w CGC
