Saw Bauhaus once in 1980 or thereabouts. Saw the Birthday Party too. Wish I'd seen Bauhaus more times. They were great. The music critics had it in for them, for some reason - go figure. All of the live footage from the late 70s early 80s I've seen look fantastic.

I had the chance to see Bauhaus in Germany in 1999 but didn't for some reason whhhy!?

I remember as a young lil gothpunk all these Sisters records would up from the UK in the shops and would be horribly expensive..and so many...more singles than AlienSexFiend remixes and Skinny Puppy combined it seemed.Now I see them at shops and they are still horribly expensive...sigh. Andy,Andrew,either of you fortunate enough to see Bauhaus? Was just listening to Dalis Car a few days ago actually.Terribly underrated and obscure now..
