  1. I recently went and picked up a box of 30 slabs (comic books i owned already, did not purchase) i sent into CGC. I pick-up in Detroit when they are done to save time. When i crossed back in to Canada, i declared i had the books. They were very clearly in a box front seat at my side. The lady had NO IDEA what was going on as, when i explained how they put them in a protective cover, she replied, why would you do that, now you cant read it? 0o ...sigh, i KNEW i was in trouble then. While in secondary, (sigh) the border guard explained how they have the right to charge my duty on the value of the book as well as the cost of the grading >!?!>0o So, if i send a $2000 book to get an autograph, that i paid $30 for years ago, they are going to hit me with a duty of $2500 ( the new value after it being signed as they dictate) when it gets shipped back. If i then send that same book to get graded, they going to charge me duty on a book now worth the $2500 PLUS the cost of the grading. And finally i can afford to get it slabbed and they, again charge me duty on the SAME BOOK they already charged me twice for...what kinda scam is that?? I play with small amounts..but, lets say you have a $250,000 golden age set. You send that out a few times...its gunna be worth millions ...smh...fo real >??? THAT has to be illegal>???
  2. So, ...I sent in 30 books to get graded. It seems that the 5 i also wanted to get pressed, did NOT get in the line-up for grading >!!!! Is there ANY way that i can get those books ( already shipped and to be recieved this week) that are marked for pressing to get graded as well>? PLEASE .. CGC0719923592 IS THE ORDER # i HAVE PAID FOR THE PRESSING AND thought THEY WERE IN QUE TO BE GRADED ALSO...I WAS WRONG
  3. Personally, i think if anything is missin it should be green. Second, i have seen green go for almost blue and 3rd i think my green 5 beats a blue 2 any day
  4. What would it cost ( all in) for press, clean and grade for this book?
  5. ..and a green label, i am hopin for a ?6.0? I will post some pics tomorrow. It will be the first time i actually touch it lmao
  6. if i could get a Green lable 5.5 id take that over a blue lable 3.0 or less. I DONT want a 0.5 What are thoughts about getting this book graded...yes/no>? Can i request a green label? lets just ASSUME it as appears with no more surprises other than the missing MVS and the back is as good as the front.
  7. I rescently aquired this Hulk 181. I think its around a 6.5-7.5 ( There are no surprises inside or on back>we can debate that later i guess lol) >>>BUT it has the Marvel value stamp neatly cut out<<< ( on ad page not affecting story) MY QUESTION >>> I want , would rather, a green label 6.5 ( or what ever) than a blue label 1.0 or worse. >>>Do i just ask, and then it happens?....how is that descided?<<< THANK YOU in advance
