    Thanks, that worked! For others in the same situation - the code for the free shipping kit looked like "CGCNWASC15-xxxxxx". I replaced the last six characters with "x" - they were numbers and lowercase letters.

    Hello. I'm brand new to this, but I signed up for the $25 membership, and then I placed an order to grade three comic books I have. (Isom 1a/b/c) The final invoice included $20 for "Return Shipping", which I assume is for when CGC sends me the graded comics back, and also $14 for "Inbound Shipping - FedEx Ground - 1 Boxes", which I assumed meant they would send me a box to use send my comics in. However, it's been about two weeks and no box has arrived. Should I keep waiting, or have I misunderstood the process?
