I will say this, his art work is incredible! If you look at them for a min and just look at all the detail, they all look or resemble somthing from the 40's and 50's. As time passes people will be wishing they had collected this title. Not just for the story line but his amazing art work... My all time fav is Albatross #2 Darkhorse 6,12,18,24, I should just say all of them. But thos def stand out.

looks like we will get 3- 4 issues a yr.. I guess that could be a good thing and not over produced like titles

Why is it taking Eric Powell so long to release books for this series? Anybody have any input on this matter besides TJ?

I just finished uploading all the Goon photos to my registry set. What a workout! I had to resize and crop everything. :Note the last few books, I added some Goon books that are not on the registry thus far. Tomorrow I will add notes... Idol is on DVR!

how about chicago con sketches of eric powell 2002 thats awesome. I have me a 9.8 signed...... not on registry, but I dont care either way if its added or not. however I would like the registry to stay to the story line and not add every single book that may or may not be out there.

thanks Kathryn, They just fixed the slot for 33 and is now showing me in the lead. I wont get to settled in as I know Goonmania and FFcomics both have these books. I did manage to land Goon #6 cgc 9.8 ss and is in the mail. Which means I only lack Goon #11 The gent who sold me the #6 thinks he has a #11and will have results anyday now..

The goon registry is finally updated, for some reason it wont allow me to add book #33 to the slot

but I dont do original art, however I did make a very attractive offer on Chew #1 cover OA and it was turned down..

To properly answer a question with a question.....Do you have one and are you selling it to me? My answer is "No, I do not have one that I am selling to you". Is it because you do not have one? Too many factors to consider for a yes or no answer. For example if I had one I still might not be selling it to you as we have not yet agreed upon a purchase price. just remember if it pertains to chew I would offer 20 more then he...lmao

I love a good challenge, that's why the registry is there as well to show your collections off. The bad part is the nasty comments people leave or all the fighting that takes place on the boards.. That's the #1 reason I stopped buying books from people on here.
