  1. I received mine today from in-stock trades. Only 50 there and free shipping. I love omnibus books! I am currently finishing up reading my Devils Reign Omnibus. It's also a good read.
  2. Thanks for the nice Omnibus that was shipped super fast! Appreciate it!
  3. Thanks for a nice comic that was shipped super fast and packed well !
  4. Prices seem to rebounding based on the last Heritage auction on many books. Hope it continues!
  5. Prices seem to rebounding on a lot of silver age books in the last Heritage Auction.
  6. I saw this book and had to read it. Very interesting story.
  7. I bought my Hulk 181 in CGC 9.4 around 2009. It is in a 2nd Generation holder and it looks great. There is no paper trail other than the check for about $2,800 when I bought it. I dont see this scandel hurting my book value due to a lack of any other documentation, but I guess you never know.
  8. So in the 1st and 2nd Gen holders, the labels were at the top of the inner well, but the inner well was not sealed at the top? Interesting.
  9. That would stink for some of us who have several hundred slabs and not be affordable to many.
  10. In regards to your point 2, how could the labels be swapped if it was part of the inner well? Wouldnt it need to be cut open? I have never cracked a slab and have some from all generations.
  11. I order omnibus books from them all the time I was hoping some books at 60 percent off for black Friday.
  12. I am an omnibus collector but will most likely pass on this one. However, that cover brings back a lot of memories for what was my favorite time for comicbook reading. I was in college at the time and started going to the local comicbook store every Friday for new books. I read them all and loved the stories back then. What a great time for comicbooks....the mid to late eighties! Enjoy your new book!
  13. I remember the 80s when new arcade machines came out every weekend. In South Florida, we had the largest arcade in the world in the mid 80s called Grand Prix Race O Rama. It was literally a block long and would get in multiples of each machine. I remember when Punchout came out and they probably had 10 of them. When I would come home on breaks from college, me and my buddies would go to the Fort Lauderdale Strip and on the way home stop in Grand Priz at 1AM and play games. Those were the days! I have owned nearly every video game system ever made but sold most of them a few years ago. I am still a very avid gamer on Xbox, PS5 and Switch. To me, games and comics always went hand in hand.
  14. I was also surprised at what the ebay price was, same as for the 5.5 that sold like 2 weeks on ebay. Thing is, the ebay price will make it to GPA while the comiclink price won't.
  15. Why not goo gone? I have used it with good results.
  16. This is interesting I have wondered what the B is on my Amazing spiderman 9.
  17. Thanks for three nice books that were packed well and arrived fast!
