  1. Matt Nelson told me once it would be highly unlikely a book could get pressed into anything above 9.8. Despite at one time of owning the most amount of Mint books, I felt the need of wanting more. MOAR!
  2. there is a ongoing series starting in May i believe, hope its better than all the mini series I agree that the story was pretty boring. I think I am going to sell my whole True Blood collection, and I am just hoping that I can get back 1/4 to 1/2 of what I spent. I went a little nuts on that series and I don't see it paying off. I did collect and buy them because I love the TV show, but I fell in the trap of buying every variant out there. I couldn't even give away free raw 9.9-10 copies in my last sales thread.
  3. I would hang around the out patient lobotomists, that would be your best bet. In Dr. Freeman's day, he would have had you in and out ready for that trade. (thumbs u
  4. You know what gets me? Walmart will sell these un-edited TPB's (full of violence and F-bombs) in their store available to whoever might open them up, yet they edit their cd's.
  5. Or someone in that backstory who might be a crucial character down the line. Haven't read it yet. But, it "smells" like a possible key.
  6. Ok, I won't tell anyone! Maybe that's what they are afraid of.
  7. They really don't promote it all that well. I think the collectors on here would have field day with it, if they knew it existed.
  8. Yup, he has the 80's cop in an action movie vibe going on. "You Riggs? You Martin Riggs?"
  9. ...and only 543 people "like" CGC on Facebook, out of what, 1.5 million graded funnybooks? Perspective
  10. Battle Royale rip off Not that the sequels weren't. This will be a nice launch pad for more young adult books to carve a niche in the movie market (ala Twilight/Harry Potter), I'm looking forward to some of them coming. They might even replace comic movies in popularity and actually get better crafted.
  11. Couldn't find any either up here. I'll wait myself.
  12. Burning pinecones a barrel to simulate machine gun fire. ...but ALF had Andrea Elson, from Whiz Kids.
  13. A little off-topic , but you'll want to catch Kevin Smith's second concert film on DVD (Evening Harder) for his take on watching Dora with his daughter Harley. It kinda makes you forgive him a little for his LCS "reality" show and Cop Out.
  14. That's what I was going to say. ALF made it to 50!!!! Someone thought having an ALF series was a good idea? Our 80's household chose NBC's Alf over the then becoming stale ABC's MacGyver.
  15. Damn, not IDW. Mainly for the variant factor. Everytime, I think I'm out, I get pulled back in.
  16. I don't know how I forgot about that Season two, going out with a bang. Season three is looking to be pretty exciting I forget what actress was hired for Michonne again? Yet to be determined, I believe. Thank you. Yeah. I'm hunting the web now after getting back from the cemetary. Being on dial-up, I'd figure I would ask as well for a possible quicker reply . Ran across a Rutina Wesley comic appearance this morning, I could leak out to you guys. (thumbs u
