19.5%    Beside that HA, I have seen 23% to 25% buyer's premium on all other online auctions. My favorite local auction company told me to stay home to bid online instead bidding onsite auction - 20% online vs 25% onsite auction. It seemed no concept.

No, I saw "P" under the grade. It was done by the professional.  It has no chance to be upgraded to unrestored if subbed.  Just leave it as is.

From now on, take photographs of the front/back cover then inside front/back cover and centerfold before submission. They should acknowledge the condition beforehand. I will call them if they will take the photographs before the submission so they may pinpoint anyone at fault.

I have seen those books with green labels.
