  1. A couple of war books. Second highest graded behind a lone 7.0 and highest graded below. Enjoy.
  2. Ok, here’s the big reveal. Front Page Comic Book 1 CGC 9.6 from 1945, file copy and lone highest graded. My previous collection boasted a respectable 7.0 copy that I had originally bought raw, it didn’t come near this one. I have argued in the past that THIS was the first true horror cover and I still stuck with that. This came out a full two years before Avon’s Eerie 1.
  3. Fight Against Crime 1 CGC 7.0 from 1951, lone highest graded with only 7 total on census. First appearance of the first guy to get shot for eating a candy necklace. So sad.
  4. Another killer crime book. Real Clue Crime Stories V5 no. 5 CGC 8.0 from 1950 with off white pages, formerly of the Promise collection. Highest graded. First appearance of my wife making me my morning Joe.
  5. Sorry if this isn’t the proper spot but how do we get books added to the registry? I have several that have registered sets but certain books are not part of them. A DM response would be appreciated!
  6. Another rare and killer crime book. Real Clue Crime Stories V5 no. 7 CGC 9.4 from 1950 with off white pages, formerly of the Promise collection. Absolute lone highest graded with only 2 others on census, both 5.5. First appearance of the escape artist who spent more time on planning than cardio.
