  1. Check out the Michael Turner set on the registry site: http://comics.www.collectors-society.com/registry/comics/SetTypeDetail.aspx?SetTypeID=2746 Sangster91 has the top spot with 100 books (based on number of images?) but they obscurred the set so it is difficult to tell. I'd love to see you give him/her a run for their money! I would also love to see your collection so don't obscure the set if you do register it... Sweet! I was hoping that set would eventually get added. I've done a bunch of business with Sangster - I knew he was one of the two who could give me a run for my money! ROFL that's not 100 books it's 100 pics! His book count is ~275! I'm gonna go out on a limp here and presume that a bunch (most?) are not SS. So yeah - not gonna try to give him a run for it... I only collect SS...

  3. Oh I guess I missed that statement and in the Title/Original Thread. But the Cage SS is cool, huh? (I know I'd like to have that mag). God you are such a good forum moderator...
  4. Ghost Rider 1 huh? Sorry, I just had to do it...
  5. BTW I'm up to 67 CGC SS Turner mags. Does anyone out there have more than that? (trying to figure out what number I need to beat ) Also I have very few unsealed signed mags but this is one of them: Cyberforce origins Stryker #2 (1st MT art) - no signed copies exist in census... BTW if you have the CW #1 variant in 9.9 SS please hand it over. Same for the ridiculously elusive "Civil War 1 Wizard Authentic Edition" even if it isn't signed... Pain in my arse... spending years trying to find that stupid book... Probably cost someone $3 and is in their comic box w/o knowledge of even owning it.... Finders fee will be given to anyone who helps me acquire either of those books.
  6. Ok Check it out. I have copies of the census for MT and other MT comics I own. I don't know the exact date of my census copies in this case but I know it was prior to 1/9/11 in this case. issue/sketch/variant/ (a +# is the 9.9/10.0's) #1/123+3/136+1 #2/55+0/73+0 #3/78+0/132+0 #4/62+6/107+4 #5/38+2/53+0 #6/35+0/64+0 #7/49+0/91+0 Hopefully my neroticism helps you all. It's surprising how close the numbers are to what you posted. I also have considered cracking and getting more sigs for my collection but due to the 9.9's, cost, and fear of a grade drop, I didn't do it... Enjoy!
  7. yeah sticky to top. and Maybe add hyperlinks into primary message (if they are posting rather than searching post archives they may also be computer illiterate...)
  8. The Robinson and Simon double sig is not as uncommon as you may think, but yours is one of the better examples. Here is an example of one, it is also the highest in the census: WOW - TEC#64 VERY NICE JR+JS SS BOOK!
  9. Here's a Small taste of my collection 4 u all. And I'm buying a house so if you make a me completely stupid offer I might have to accept. Having Both Joe Simon And Jerry Robinson on the same book validly can't be common, right? How about from 1942? A pretty Awesome Worlds Finest if I say so myself... The Daring Mystery Comics 1 is the oldest CGC SS book I have (from 1/40!). And since it's considered "Classic Joe Simon Art" it holds a special place in my heart. <3 Good luck all on your collecting endeavors!!!
  10. nice collection. Your creator diversity for the SS is very solid. Looks like you still may need a John Romita, D|ck Ayers, Gene Colan and Frank Miller. It never ends, trust me... But it beats the pants off a 401K!
  11. And I'm looking for Civil War #2 color variant CGC 9.8 SS must be Michael turner signature. It's the last CW I'm missing signed by him. Well unless you count: "Civil War 1 Wizard Authentic Edition" which is impossible to find in any condition. PM if you gott'em and want trade/$. Here are some low end trades for you all to peep at. Wolv #3 is a 9.6 A 6.5 triple signed: I'm also interested in 9.8 chew comics. Silver Surfer V1 #3 and #4 must be 9.2 or higher. And anything else CGC SS 9.8 by Michael Turner (except I already have civil wars). PM me! Have a good day.
