I picked up these two there also. I feel like a got an amazing deal on the "Amazing Adventures", but I couldn't talk him down in price much on these two. I got them for less than they're worth, but.... they weren't a "deal".

Picked this up this morning from a "Facebook Marketplace" listing. Great price. Has a possible Subscription Crease, plus another crease in the upper right. Everything is snug at the staples

Wow, that was fun to scroll down all of those pics. All so nice. The "12c" circle on the JIM83 was interesting. It's like the black ink didn't take to the paper very well, or it faded.

Words matter. In this case the wrong words "PEP 22" would have probably netted me a nice payday (I was planning to sell the comic if it came back with the "PEP 22" title). As it is...... I'm still happy it's titled correctly now. And I'm sure I'll make money when I sell it, just not "PEP 22'' money.

I pleaded my case with CGC to have the label changed to PEP 22 and they agreed (as per their own Foreign Editions rules). So I sent it back as a Mechanical Error a couple months ago and got it back today. They DID change the title, but not to PEP 22, they changed it to "Three Ring Comics". I am not displeased (cuz it has the right title now), but I'm still totally confused about how they name the Foreign editions. I was actually looking forward to this one being PEP 22.

I did a mashup of these two. I flipped the art for the Weird Mysteries to make it work better.

Just got this one in and am pretty excited cuz it's better than I thought it would be. Everything is snug at the staples. Nice spine. Back cover has a few foxing spots including the one at the bottom.

Definitely very low grade. I'm hoping I can get a 1.5 at least on this one so I'm looking to see what your thoughts are (I'd be ecstatic with a 1.8 but that might be wishful thinking) It's complete. Lot of creases. Lots of small tears. 2" of splitting on the spine. Cover is detached at top staple. Cover is still attached at bottom staple. Centerfold is attached at both staples.

Cover & cf are snug at the staples. There's some light creasing. Some tanning along the spine of back cover.

SOLD Fight Comics 27- Raw 1.5 - 1.8 Unrestored. (Presents like a 2.5-3.0 from the front) 1 staple comic. Spine is a bit fragile but cover is still holding at the 1 staple. 1 1/2" split at the bottom of spine, plus a few other areas along the spine that are split or missing tiny pieces. 1" diagonal tear by top left corner. Piece missing at lower left corner of back cover. Insides seem to be pretty nice with the CF holding snug at the staple $200 + $7.50 shipping

I never thought about that before, but you're right. Even AF15 has some remaindered copies out there. It's so hard to believe.

I did another mashup of a couple comics in this thread that were similar. I'm having fun making these.

SOLD Hulk 1 - Low grade remaindered copy. Raw .5 Interior is actually pretty nice. Besides the missing piece to the cover there is also some small pieces of tape. No color touch, no trimming. I'm pretty sure CGC would give this a Blue .5 Last 3 slabbed .5s were $6000, $7500, $9000
