    Ah! I misread the third one, it being two slabs. No, if someone breaks out a graded 8.5 and sells it as a raw 9.4 then it's absolutely not an actual crime. So none of the examples are a crime.

    Nah. It's all opinion. Except for the 8.5 to a 9.4 example. I'd say that was fraud and a crime...the rest, nope.

    Interesting! I have a few LCS' scatterd throughout eastern Canada that have a good selection of CPVs hidden in bins. I'll start paying attention and see if I can dig some of these up.

    What are the books you're looking for still? And do you mean inexistant generally or in higher grade? I think this would be a great discussion here

    So what do we think the CPV market is gonna do this year? Prediction are only the super-high grade books will sell well. No love for lower grade ones for real? I still wouldn't mind trying to get a full set of MArvel and DC at any grade (and for cheap!) just as a task. Plus I have the most expensive ones already anyway
