  1. Sent out medias slab. 9114901123086026909379 In my defense I did keep in contact and even offered him freebies for the delay. Also offered a free slab earlier this week to not post me but didn't realize he did already. My finals went well and yesterday was my last day of the semester. Thank you guys and have a good holiday. Brian
  2. The sketch was included. It was packed with the free comics sandwhiched in the cardboard.
  3. That's the tough part about feedback on here - there is no way people can register any opinion other than a positive one. Gotcha. Thank you. I can understand getting busy and getting behind but I suspect JOP would have been much more understanding if you'd done a better job communicating. Glad the items have shipped and looking forward to this getting resolved. Of course it was my bad communication and I should have checked in. I am not denying anything. Jop has answered my PM's and he/she will remove me from the list as soon as books are in his/her hands. We are on 36th day of the transaction. Thank you all for quick responses.
  4. Wonder if you have funds to fix this I am not even worried about that. It has been taken care of. Do you really spend your time doing this? I feel bad for you. I am ruppie's customer for life anyways.

  6. I didn't know Jop was female. Not that is matters one bit, just surprised by the pronoun. I am not sure either. My bad if not. Just going off the name I got for his/her mailing address.
  7. OOOOOOOO........I wonder if I will have any funds for this............ Ruppie's my favorite seller.
  8. Apparently I am indeed on the PL. So I guess we are waiting on Jop to confirm. Then I can get back to studying for my finals.
  9. Not asking about the actual probation itself. I understand how it works. I am asking what to do if someone takes too long but you did get the product in the end and not looking to pursue probation. I am asking for my future reference because I have been in Jop's position before. I am just more laid back. I am guessing that is exactly what probation is for. Anyways, she should be on by the weekend and received her stuff by then. So I will check back to confirm that she did cancel the chargeback and cancel the request to put me on the list. Thank you guys. Brian
  10. That made no sense. Surely if I ever had or have a bad transaction, someone would post it in my kudos. Jimmy is correct, its Kudos not feedback Writing naughty stuff is not allowed Ok then what does someone do when they need to leave a feedback instead of kudos then?? Probation?

  12. I do not think I belong on the probation list at all. I give the best freebies on the forums . Anyways, Life got in the way and now I have Finals. I have contacted her through the PM's. However she did not tell me that she was going to do a chargeback. I have shipped her books plus her sketch. I did not think I would take this long to do her sketch. I did 3 versions. So when she gets the books, she will cancel the chargeback. Amazon says I have until the 29th to dispute it but I am not since I am trusting her to cancel it. I wish she would have told me she was doing the charge back. I do realize that there is a 30 day transaction on the forums. I should have replied or something. I have had transactions take up to a year on those boards and I do not report them. I apologize for any confusions. I stand by my kudos and previous buyers. Thanks Brian
  13. This is my second order from the man himself......Bio Rupp. Brought an art book at Clooney17 and its a great addition. I always enjoy buying artists' sketch books or art books since they motivate me. Good tight sexy packaging.
  14. I enjoyed today. I liked how iron man came out today so I watched it earlier. Then watched the show. It was really cool how both are connected with the mention of the New York indicent and extremis virus. I liked the timing and how they planned this out. Good to see Coulson back!!! "It's poop"
  15. Btw the grading seems to be very loose those days....worst books I subbed out of a bunch came back 9.8. Also the best books I sent in came back 9.6 or not graded. All in same shipment. No idea whether to be unhappy or happy........but I know I def am going to look over the books again and probably resub them. It has been rainy here.......
  16. Graded means they haven't been thru the encapsulation process. It could be up to 2 more weeks.
  17. The current TaTs for regular moderns are 59 business days - which is clearly spelled out on CGC's site. If you want them faster, pay for fast-track - nobody's forcing you to submit your books in the slower tier  Agreed! Modern Non Fast Track does state 60 business days. Just wish they would update turnaround times to reflect the current status of Modern Fast Track submissions. Case in point: My Modern FT submission received by CGC on 08/15/13 Shipped out by CGC on 09/12/13 19 Business days. Almost double the projected 10. I understand the glut of submissions at conventions, but it would be nice if CGC gave a more realistic estimation of turnaround times so an informed decision could be made about spending the extra $10/book. Every tier is behind. Not just certain ones. Moderns are approaching 75 days. Not really, though. FT moderns wary a bit at the moment - had some that were on time (eg. +1 day or so) right around SDCC, but after that show the FT tier started slipping again. I have a modern FT invoice from 9/3/2013 in "grading/quality control" and another from 9/6/2013 in "scheduled for grading". My last non-FT modern was 58 business days to the day. Currently have a non-FT modern invoice from 7/19/2013 in "scheduled for grading" and one from 7/25/2013 in "received" - I see no reason to think that they won't be done within the 59 business day estimate  I stand by my comments based on my current subs. I am at day 70-75. 6/7 sub. I am sure they will be done this week or next week. I'm looking forward to it.

If you want them faster, pay for fast-track - nobody's forcing you to submit your books in the slower tier  Man.....just because they display turnaround days, doesn't mean anything. It's not slower, it's just people bottle nosing up the fast track like you are!!!!! . Jk I think people are just relying too much on the turnaround times posted on the cgc site. And it's not 59 days realistically ATM.
  20. I'll add one too. I'm still in QC and I'm past the 20 business days too. I already mentioned this but I will repeat. I called the first week of sept. and they said that encapsulation will be a few weeks. Plenty of people are stuck at graded. It's been 2 weeks for me.
  21. Up to a couple of weeks depending on your tier sub.
  22. My books have been at graded status for a week and I called today to see if I can set an appointment to pick them up. They said they needed couple more weeks. Subbed on 6/7
  23. Need to be a member to have sub tracking I think. Also expect up to 6 months to get your books back. I'm almost at 60 business days but its actually been almost 3 months. Still sitting in the corner still verified so I am expecting 2 more months for a total of 5 months meaning that they are way behind. It's more like 80-90 business days for modern subs......such is life.... My last modern invoice was around 60 business days - don't know where you're getting the 80-90 days from  Already explained it above......60 business days soon and still at verified. Why would I make this up? . Someone asked so I replied. So do the math and add time for grading, encapsuling, and QC. I look forward to visiting the offices to pick up, it's all nice and cozy inside.
