Is that the book off eBay? I thought it looked great!
-
I had that book in my OO collection. It was beat to heck, it is being graded at CGC. It will prob come back a 2.5. I have a feeling that book is hard to find in grade with superior PQ as you have.
-
What do you guys speculate the 8.5 will bring?

Wow, such a nice book. Jimmy Olsens are hard to find, especially HG ones. -
Peewee and I have a Sboy 1 ...here are our early superboy's.....I would have to say Sboy 1 is one of my all time favorite books.

Quite curious - So what is a reasonable expection for GA books (SP, MP, EP) assuming at least a minor Key... There is no set formula but more often than not a generic type % is 25-35% for slight, 15-25 % for mod and 10-15% for ext but there is tons of overlap and a myriad of exceptions. There are restored books that sell for way over guide I agree with Gator and I'd say the BB28 is worth 2500 to 3500. I wonder if I should contact Matt Nelson...

Clink was not at fault. I don't want to get into this.

No it was a comic link transaction.

Fanfourever, no body was talking to you. If you would read correctly, I was directing that to the offerers. So please save you 2 cents for somebody that will actually care to listen to you. I not mad at the price, I have books worth more than my house, so please dont TELL me why I'm mad. So before you jump to conclusion, try to think it through. Its called good business, something the seller doesnt have. He sold the book to us, and renigged. Just like we got screwed on the 7.5 AF 15. Its all about dinero nowadays and nothing else.
-
Please, only read this is if you are making the seller offers on the Bat 121 8.0 I have haven't posted on here in a while. I just wanted to say, I am really having a hard time sitting here and not punching a hole through my computer. Whoever is making the seller of the Bat 121 offers (knowing my dad is trying to settle a deal with the seller) is a sorry SON OF A B I T C H, who needs to get off the boards. I now have 0 respect for the boards, and will NEVER post another book here. I really wanted that book becuase my dad LOVES that book and LOVES WHITE pages. He trys to be nice and show you guys the book and some greedy son a gun with a golden spoon up his , screws it all up. I am done with the boards. Nice meeting all of you and God bless. Bryan.

In my opinion, the most important book I have ever held, and possibly the most famous and beautiful cover ever produced by the king of comic art, Bob Kane. This is the best Christmas present I have ever got. My father bought this for me, the best dad in the world. Slight A (best case resto). I am still in awe to hold a Batman 1. -
