  1. The Berk auction is what inspired me to make the transition from Silver/Bronze collecting to Golden Age. After seeing those books in the ComicConnect emails, I immediately lost interest in 99% of what I owned. Thank you for what you did for the hobby sir.
  2. I don't know any specifics beyond what's on the website, but here's my copy from the collection.
  3. 7 total, 6 universal, this one is second highest graded. The underwater unicorn for sure.
  4. I'm going to try to do this show again this year. I've been there twice and it's been super fun both times. Lots of cool books in the room.
  5. MMC 4 and 5 may be the two books I most want that I'll likely never own. So cool!
  6. Or you sell off some stuff to build your war chest, then get absolutely demolished at auction. That's more my story.
  7. I remember exactly what I sell things for, but I can never remember what I buy with the money I get from the sales. It's almost never cooler than what I sold.
  8. Andy has a superpower, but it's more oriented toward a villain. He can convince you that whatever you're selling is literal trash, but he'll be willing to take it off your hands, and even pay you a paltry sum to do it. Then before he can even get out of your driveway, 14 new GPA high sales hit.
  9. So many great books, tons of which I've never seen. Thanks for posting this stuff!
  10. Haven't dipped my toes into the Planet pool for quite some time, but figured this was worth a swim.
  11. A lot of you know I have a thing for underwater covers...I've gotten almost all the ones I'm really after at this point, with a couple super tough exceptions. Here are a few of my favorites, all from my collection.
  12. I saw this in the box he picked it out of before he did and I graciously passed on it. You're welcome.
  13. I drove up from Tennessee with @october, and we enjoyed the show. Bought a few things from Bill (the promoter) and one other dealer, but there wasn't a ton of interesting GA in the room. All in all a good trip!
